Pricing (Ontario)
All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Tariffed costs are passed through with no markup. See the Acceptable Use Policy for details on billing terms and tariff references.
Non-Recurring Charges (NRC)
| Component | Description | Amount | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| Installation (No Tech Visit) | When no technician visit is required | $10.60 | Tariffed |
| Installation (Tech Visit) | When technician visit is required | $244.13 | Tariffed |
| ONT Equipment | Optical Network Terminal provided on loan by wholesale provider | - | — |
Whether a technician visit is necessary is determined by the wholesale provider.
We recognise that the tariffed installation fee for site visits is substantial. While we have no control over regulated wholesale rates, we believe in making connectivity accessible. We offer a $120 credit, applied automatically to the first invoice, for customers whose installation requires a technician visit.
Monthly Recurring Charges (MRC)
| Speed Tier | ONT | Access Charge | Service Fee | Total | Status |

| 3 Gbps | Standalone Unit (RJ45) | $78.03 | $61.97 | $140.00 | Planned |
Access Charge is tariffed and passed through.
Service fee covers our wholesale-related costs (CBB, AHSSPI, etc.), upfront investments, network management, transit, hosting, other expenses, and margin.
